Anti-TMEM229B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein 229B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 167 amino acid residues and a mass of 19.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the TMEM229 protein family. TMEM229B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Indicated applications for TMEM229B antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
