Anti-CCD41 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CCD41 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PROCR gene, which encodes protein C receptor. This protein is known to bind activated protein C. The human version of CCD41 has a canonical amino acid length of 238 residues and a protein mass of 26.7 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells and notably expressed in the rectum, kidney, cerebral cortex, and bronchus. Other names for this target antigen include CCCA and EPCR. Western Blot is the most common application for the CCD41 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
