Anti-ZONAB antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ZONAB is a known alias name of the protein Y-box binding protein 3, encoded by the YBX3 gene in humans. This 372-amino acid residue protein is known to bind to the GM-CSF promoter. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in skeletal muscle and heart. Other synonyms for ZONAB include CSDA, CSDA, and CSDA1. Indicated applications for ZONAB antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
