Anti-RFPL4A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ret finger protein like 4A. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 287 amino acid residues and a mass of 32.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. RFPL4A is known to be involved with innate immune responses and autophagy pathways. Synonyms for this target antigen include RING finger protein 210 and ret finger protein-like 4. RFPL4A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the RFPL4A antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
