Anti-CHLR1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CHLR1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DDX11 gene, which encodes DEAD/H-box helicase 11. This protein is known to function in DNA damage pathways and DNA repair, among other biological roles. The human version of CHLR1 has a canonical amino acid length of 970 residues and a protein mass of 108.3 kilodaltons, although 5 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include CHL1 and KRG2. Indicated applications for CHLR1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
