Anti-ZNF586 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 586. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 402 amino acid residues and a mass of 46.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bronchus and endometrium. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF586 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF586 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. These ZNF586 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
