Anti-SHISA3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein shisa family member 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 238 amino acid residues and a mass of 25.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the ER. A member of the Shisa protein family, SHISA3 is known to play an important role in the maturation of presomitic mesoderm cells by individual attenuation of both FGF and WNT signaling. Synonyms for this target antigen include protein shisa-3 homolog and shisa homolog 3. SHISA3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunohistochemistry is the most common application for the SHISA3 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
