Anti-ZNF785 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 785. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 405 amino acid residues and a mass of 46.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF785 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF785 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF785 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
