Anti-Zinc finger protein 449 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene ZNF449 in humans. The gene may also be known as ZSCAN19 and zinc finger and SCAN domain-containing protein 19. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 59.9 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
