Anti-LRRC10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 277 amino acid residues and a mass of 31.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. LRRC10 is believed to play important roles in cardiac development and/or cardiac function. Synonyms for this target antigen include leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 10 and heart-restricted leucine-rich repeat protein. LRRC10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. These LRRC10 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
