Anti-PDI1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PDI1 is a known alias name of the protein peptidyl arginine deiminase 1, encoded by the PADI1 gene in humans. This 663-amino acid residue protein is known to catalyze the deimination of arginine residues of proteins. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in epidermal keratinocytes. Other synonyms for PDI1 include HPAD10, PAD1, and PDI. Some PDI1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Indicated applications for the antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunoprecipitation.
