Anti-PRR15L antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein proline rich 15 like. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 103 amino acid residues and a mass of 11.7 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the PRR15 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include ATPase family, AAA domain containing 4, testicular tissue protein Li 157, and proline-rich protein 15-like protein. PRR15L gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the PRR15L antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
