Anti-RSPH10B2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein radial spoke head 10 homolog B2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 870 amino acid residues and a mass of 100.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the testis, fallopian tube, and bronchus. RSPH10B2 is believed to function as a part of the axonemal radial spoke complex 3 (RS3). Indicated applications for RSPH10B2 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
