Anti-Rhes antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Rhes antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RASD2 gene, which encodes RASD family member 2. This protein is known to function in signal transduction pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of Rhes has a canonical amino acid length of 266 residues and a protein mass of 30.4 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bronchus, urinary bladder, and adrenal gland. Rhes is a member of the RasD protein family. Western Blot is the most common application for the Rhes antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
