Anti-PAP2B antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The PAP2B antigen is another term for the human protein phospholipid phosphatase 3, encoded by the PLPP3 gene. The protein is known to function in Bergmann glial cell differentiation and blood vessel development, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 311 residues and a mass of 35.1 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. The PAP2B protein is a member of the PA-phosphatase related phosphoesterase protein family. Other alias names for PAP2B include Dri42 and LPP3. Indicated applications for PAP2B antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
