Anti-LRRC36 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 36. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 754 amino acid residues and a mass of 83.8 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the testis. Synonyms for this target antigen include XLHSRF2, leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 36, ROR gamma binding protein 70, heat shock regulated 2, and RORBP70. LRRC36 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chimpanzee species. These LRRC36 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
