Anti-KHDC1L antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein KH domain containing 1 like. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 128 amino acid residues and a mass of 14.5 kDa. A member of the KHDC1 protein family, KHDC1L is known to be involved with the apoptotic pathway. Synonyms for this target antigen include KH homology domain containing 1-like, RP11-257K9.7, and putative KHDC1-like protein. KHDC1L gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, bovine and chimpanzee species.
