Anti-PBK1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PBK1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RSL1D1 gene, which encodes ribosomal L1 domain containing 1. This protein is known to function in osteoblast differentiation and the regulation of apoptosis, among other biological roles. The human version of PBK1 has a canonical amino acid length of 490 residues and a protein mass of 55 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include CSIG and L12. Indicated applications for PBK1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
