Anti-OR11L1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 11 subfamily L member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 322 amino acid residues and a mass of 36.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 11L1 and olfactory receptor OR1-50. OR11L1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR11L1 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
