Anti-H2AFB1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target H2AFB1 is a known alias name of the protein H2A.B variant histone 1, encoded by the H2AB1 gene in humans. This 115-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in mRNA processing, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. Indicated applications for H2AFB1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
