Anti-TBL1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TBL1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TBL1X gene, which encodes transducin beta like 1 X-linked. This protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription and the Wnt signaling pathway, among other biological roles. The human version of TBL1 has a canonical amino acid length of 577 residues and a protein mass of 62.5 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. TBL1 is a member of the WD repeat EBI protein family. Indicated applications for TBL1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
