Anti-DENND5B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein DENN domain containing 5B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1274 amino acid residues and a mass of 145 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the RAB6IP1 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include DENN/MADD domain containing 5B, rab6IP1-like protein, and DENN domain-containing protein 5B. DENND5B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some DENND5B antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations.
