Anti-CCNJL antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein cyclin J like. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 435 amino acid residues and a mass of 48.4 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the cerebral cortex, vagina, and bronchus. It is a member of the Cyclin protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include cyclin-J-like protein. CCNJL gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the CCNJL antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
