Anti-Ccd1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The Ccd1 antigen is another term for the human protein RUNX family transcription factor 2, encoded by the RUNX2 gene. The protein is a reported transcription factor involved in osteoblastic differentiation and skeletal morphogenesis. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 521 residues and a mass of 56.6 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and it is notably expressed in osteoblasts.
