Anti-CALML4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein calmodulin like 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 196 amino acid residues and a mass of 21.9 kDa. Up to 5 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be expressed in breast cancer cell lines. It is a member of the Calmodulin protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include calmodulin-like protein 4 and serologically defined breast cancer antigen NY-BR-20. CALML4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some Calml4 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. ELISA and Western Blot are common applications for these antibodies.
