Anti-CDw108 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CDw108 is a known alias name of the protein semaphorin 7A (John Milton Hagen blood group), encoded by the SEMA7A gene in humans. This 666-amino acid residue protein is known to play an important role in integrin-mediated signaling and functions both in regulating cell migration and immune responses. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in skin keratinocytes and on endothelial cells from skin blood vessels. Other synonyms for CDw108 include CD108 and CD108. Western Blot is a widely used application for the CDw108 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
