Anti-DCAF10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein DDB1 and CUL4 associated factor 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 559 amino acid residues and a mass of 60.6 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the WD repeat DCAF10 protein family, DCAF10 is believed to function as a a substrate receptor for CUL4-DDB1 E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex. Synonyms for this target antigen include WD repeat domain 32 and WD repeat-containing protein 32. DCAF10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the DCAF10 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
