Anti-ZNF623 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 623. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 536 amino acid residues and a mass of 61.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF623 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF623 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF623 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Flow Cytometry are also common applications.
