Anti-RNF208 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ring finger protein 208. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 261 amino acid residues and a mass of 28 kDa. RNF208 is known to be involved with protein ubiquitination. RNF208 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some RNF208 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunohistochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunocytochemistry are also common applications.
