Anti-LRP130 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target LRP130 is a known alias name of the protein leucine rich pentatricopeptide repeat containing, encoded by the LRPPRC gene in humans. This 1394-amino acid residue protein is believed to play a role in RNA metabolism in both nuclei and mitochondria. It is localized to the nucleus and mitochondria of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for LRP130 include CLONE-23970 and GP130.
