Anti-PITSLRE antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PITSLRE antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CDK11A gene, which encodes cyclin dependent kinase 11A. This protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway and the cell cycle, among other biological roles. The human version of PITSLRE has a canonical amino acid length of 783 residues and a protein mass of 91.4 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. PITSLRE is a member of the CMGC Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family. ELISA and Western Blot are common applications for PITSLRE antibodies.
