Anti-IL28B antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target IL28B is a known alias name of the protein interferon lambda 3, encoded by the IFNL3 gene in humans. This 196-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in innate immune responses, among other biological processes. The protein is secreted and features post-translational modifications. Indicated applications for IL28B antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
