Anti-3PGDH antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The 3PGDH antigen is another term for the human protein phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase, encoded by the PHGDH gene. The protein is known to catalyze the reversible oxidation of 3-phospho-D-glycerate to 3-phosphonooxypyruvate, the first step of the phosphorylated L-serine biosynthesis pathway.
