Anti-IGLL antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The IGLL antigen is another term for the human protein immunoglobulin lambda like polypeptide 1, encoded by the IGLL1 gene. The protein is known to function in immune response pathways, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 213 residues and a mass of 23 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the ER and is secreted. It is found to be preferentially expressed in pre-B-cells and a special B-cell line (which is surface Ig negative). Other alias names for IGLL include 14.1, AGM2, and CD179b. Indicated applications for IGLL antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
