Anti-PDZD9 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein PDZ domain containing 9. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 264 amino acid residues and a mass of 29.9 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include PDZ domain-containing protein 9 and PDZ domain-containing protein C16orf65. PDZD9 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the PDZD9 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
