Anti-OR10AD1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 10 subfamily AD member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 317 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor OR12-1, olfactory receptor, family 10, subfamily AD, member 1 pseudogene, and olfactory receptor 10AD1. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR10AD1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
