Anti-EDDM3B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein epididymal protein 3B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 147 amino acid residues and a mass of 17.6 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include family with sequence similarity 12, member B (epididymal), human epididymis-specific 3 beta, human epididymis-specific protein 3-beta, ribonuclease A M2, and epididymal secretory protein E3-beta. EDDM3B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the EDDM3B antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
