Anti-ZNF43 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 43. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 809 amino acid residues and a mass of 94.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF43 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include KOX27, ZNF39L1, zinc finger protein 39-like 1 (KOX 27), zinc finger protein HTF6, zinc finger protein KOX27, and HTF6. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF43 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
