Anti-Sialic acid binding Ig like lectin 10 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene SIGLEC10 in humans. The gene may also be known as SIGLECG, SLG2, PRO940, SIGLEC-10, sialic acid binding Ig-like lectin 10 Ig-like lectin 7, and siglec-like gene 2. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 76.6 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey and rat orthologs may also be found.
