Anti-ZNF302 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 302. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 478 amino acid residues and a mass of 54.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF302 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include zinc finger protein 327. ZNF302 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse and rat species. These ZNF302 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
