Anti-RPA3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein replication protein A3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 121 amino acid residues and a mass of 13.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Replication factor A protein 3 protein family, it is known to be involved with DNA repair and DNA replication. Post-translational modifications have been described, including ubiquitination. Synonyms for this target antigen include RP-A p14, replication protein A 14 kDa subunit, RF-A protein 3, replication factor A protein 3, replication protein A3, 14kDa, and REPA3.
