Anti-RNASE10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ribonuclease A family member 10 (inactive). In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 216 amino acid residues and a mass of 24 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the Pancreatic ribonuclease protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include ribonuclease A H1, ribonuclease, RNase A family, 10 (non-active), and inactive ribonuclease-like protein 10. RNASE10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the RNASE10 antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
