Anti-Mindbomb E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene MIB1 in humans. The gene may also be known as ZZZ6, DIP-1, DIP1, LVNC7, MIB, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase MIB1, and DAPK-interacting protein 1. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 110.1 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
