Anti-RAB15 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein RAB15, member RAS oncogene family. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 212 amino acid residues and a mass of 24.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Rab protein family, RAB15 is believed to act in concert with RAB3A in regulating aspects of synaptic vesicle membrane flow within the nerve terminal.
