Anti-UBQLN3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ubiquilin 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 655 amino acid residues and a mass of 70.8 kDa. It is reported to have testis-specific expression. Synonyms for this target antigen include TUP-1 and testicular tissue protein Li 220. UBQLN3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Some UBQLN3 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
