Anti-TTC22 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein tetratricopeptide repeat domain 22. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 569 amino acid residues and a mass of 63.4 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include tetratricopeptide repeat protein 22 and TPR repeat protein 22. TTC22 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. These TTC22 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
