Anti-TTC36 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein tetratricopeptide repeat domain 36. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 189 amino acid residues and a mass of 20.9 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the small intestine, liver, kidney, and duodenum. A member of the TTC36 protein family, TTC36 is known to be involved with cilium assembly. Synonyms for this target antigen include HSP70 binding protein 21, TPR repeat protein 36, and tetratricopeptide repeat protein 36. TTC36 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some TTC36 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Indicated applications for the antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
