Anti-TMEM130 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein 130. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 435 amino acid residues and a mass of 48.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the Golgi. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. TMEM130 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some TMEM130 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. These antibodies are most commonly used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
