Anti-TMEM45B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein 45B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 275 amino acid residues and a mass of 31.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the Golgi, lysosomes, and endosome. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the TMEM45 protein family, TMEM45B is reported to play a role in innate immunity. TMEM45B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the TMEM45B antibodies listed below. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
