Anti-RPRD1A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein regulation of nuclear pre-mRNA domain containing 1A. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 312 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the UPF0400 (RTT103) protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include P15RS, regulation of nuclear pre-mRNA domain-containing protein 1A, CDKN2B-related protein, Cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2B-related protein (p15INK4B-related protein), and HsT3101. RPRD1A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some RPRD1A antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
